Last night was Game 26. The Revolution are in town for the start of a 3 game series before the Ducks go on a road trip. I missed the Revs last time they where in town and had plenty of cards.
Anthony Slama, 2 cards. Anthony pitched in 7 games during 2 brief stints with the Twins in 2010 and 2011. He started the season in Rochester which is the Twins AAA affiliate.
Andy Marte, 4 cards. Andy has played parts of 6 seasons in the majors with the Braves and Indians. He was rated as a top prospect by Baseball America in the Top 50 between 2003-2006. In 2005 he was ranked #9 overall.
Juan Rincon, 2 cards. Juan is a 10 year major league veteren who has played for the Twins, Indians, Tigers and most recently in 2010 with the Rockies.
Michael Wuertz, 3 cards. Mike was an 11th rd pick in 1997 by the Cubs and is an 8 year major league veteren. He has pitched for the Cubs and A's. Most recently in 2011 with the A's.
Brett Tomko, 4 cards. Brett was a 2nd rd pick in 1995 by the Reds He pitched for 14 years in the majors with the Reds, Mariners, Padres, Cardinals, Giants, Dodgers, Royals, Yanks, A's and most recently in 2011 with the Rangers. On Feb 10th 2000, Brett was part of the trade that sent Ken Griffey Jr. to the Reds.
Mark Teahen, 4 cards. Mark was a 1st rd pick in 2002 by the A's and is a 7 year major league veteren and has played for the Royals, White Sox and most recently in 2011 with the Blue Jays.
I plan on going to the Ducks game tomorrow for the pre-game autograph session. I have a few more Marte, Teahen and Tomko cards to get signed.
