Aberdeen Ironbirds at Cyclones

As I wrote in my last post I was given tickets to this past Sunday's Cyclones game and it was Game 21 on the season for me.
Sunday the Cyclones held a season ticket holder BBQ. I was waiting outside the stadium and someone was nice enough to give me a ticket. I had eaten already. But, the Cyclone players were signing autographs on the concourse. I was able to get a few.
Between the BBQ and the time I spent on the field for pre-game I was able to get the following Cyclones
Branden Kaupe, 2 cards. Branden was a 4th rd pick in 2012 by the Mets
Andrew Church, 5 cards Andrew was a 2nd rd pick in 2013. Andrew was recently promoted from GCL
Blake Taylor,1 card. Blake was a 2nd rd pick in 2013 by the Pirates. Blake was acquired in the trade that sent Ike Davis to the Pirates. Blake was recently promoted from Kingsport
Christian Montgomery, 8x10. Christian was a 11th rd pick in 2011 by the Mets
David Thompson, 8x10. David was a 4th rd pick in 2015 by the Mets
Craig Missigman, 8x10. Craig was a 37th rd pick in 2011 by Mets
Enmanuel Zabala, 8x10, Enmanuel signed as a free agent in 2013
Manny Hiliario 8x10, Manny signed as a free agent in 2011

Brandon Brosher, Brandon was a 36th rd pick in 2013 by the Mets. Brandon was recently promoted from Kingsport
Yunir Garcia, Yunir is currently the Cyclones hitting coach. As a player he signed as a free agent in 2002 with the Mets. He spent 5 season in the Mets system before retiring after the 2006 season. Yunir reached AAA in 2006.
Tom Gamboa. Tom is currently the Cyclones Manager. Tom has also managed for 9 seasons in the Brewers, Tigers, Dodgers and Angels system. Tom was best known to be involved in an unprovoked fight when he was attacked on the field why coaching by 2 drunk fans in Chicago during the 2002 season.

Luis Pujols, Luis is the Ironbirds Manager and as a player Luis signed as a free agent in 1973 with the Astros and played 9 seasons in the majors with the Astros 1977-1983, Royals 1984 and 1 game in 1985 with the Rangers. Luis is also a cousin of the Angels 1st basemen Albert Pujols
Calvin Pickering, Calvin is the Ironbirds Hitting Coach and as a player he was a 35th rd pick in 1995 by the Orioles and played parts in 5 season in the majors with the O's 1998-1999, Reds and Red Sox 2001 and the Royals 2004-2005
Shawn McGill. Shawn is a coach for the Ironbirds and as a player was a 23rd rd pick in 2006 by the Phillies.. Shawn spent 8 seasons in the minor leagues playing the Phillies system 2006-2007, Lincoln Saltdogs of the American Assoc. 2008-2010 and then back to affiliated ball in the Braves system 2010-2013 reaching as high as AAA in 2012

Also got O's 2015 1st rd Pick D.J. Stewart on 1 card. D.J. is 1 per and personalizes everything. I've heard that was doing it in college also. I guess he got burned by some dealers.

My total for the day is 42 autographs and that brings me to 448 on the IP season.
